Vehicle Parking Rules Most Asked About

To keep our community safe and accessible, Tradewinds enforces a strict two-vehicle policy per space.

• Maximum 2 vehicles per space — this is strictly enforced
• All vehicles must be currently registered and operable
• Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only
• Guest vehicles should use designated guest parking areas
• No vehicle repairs or maintenance in common areas
• Oversized vehicles, boats, and trailers require prior management approval

This policy is enforced to ensure adequate parking for all residents and their guests. Violations may result in towing at the vehicle owner's expense.

Pet Policy

Tradewinds is a pet-friendly community. The following guidelines apply to all pet owners:

• Dogs: Allowed with a maximum weight of 50 lbs
• Cats: Allowed
• Breed restrictions: No aggressive breeds permitted
• All pets must be kept on a leash when outside the home
• Pet owners must clean up after their animals immediately
• Excessive barking or noise complaints may result in pet privilege revocation
• All pets must be registered with the management office

Guest & Visitor Policy

Guests are welcome at Tradewinds. To maintain community safety and order, please observe the following:

• Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests
• Overnight guests staying more than a specified number of consecutive days must be registered with the office
• Guests should use designated guest parking areas
• All community rules apply to guests and visitors

General Community Guidelines

• Maintain the exterior of your home and lot in a clean, orderly condition
• No unauthorized structures, additions, or modifications without management approval
• Trash must be placed in designated containers and areas
• Respect quiet hours and be considerate of neighbors
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the management office promptly
• All residents must carry renter's or homeowner's insurance
